Austrian Macadamia Sachertorte

Chocolate sponge layered with apricot jam and macadamia praline ganache.
Ingredients
- 150g dark chocolate
- 100g butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup ground macadamias
- 2 tbsp apricot jam
Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste
Preparation
- 1Melt chocolate and butter; mix with eggs and macadamias.
- 2Bake at 175 °C for 25 minutes.
- 3Spread jam and ganache once cool.
