Shipping & Returns
Where we deliver
We ship from Utrecht, Netherlands to most EU countries listed at checkout. Select your country on the shop or starter box to see estimated shipping before you pay.
Shipping costs
Shipping depends on parcel weight and destination. Typical estimates for a single 500 g product:
- Netherlands: €6.95 flat rate, or free delivery on orders from €65 (product subtotal, before gift wrap)
- Germany: from about €9.90
- Other EU: from about €9.90–€24.90 (heavier parcels cost more)
The 200 g Starter Box (€2.95) ships from the Netherlands for about €6.95. Your exact total is shown at Stripe checkout.
Dispatch & tracking
Pick up possible Utrecht warehouse
Usually ready within 24 hours. Select pick-up at checkout when ordering in the Netherlands.
Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation after payment; tracking is sent when your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Returns
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days if faulty or not as described. Opened food items cannot be resold — contact us if something is wrong with quality or packaging and we will resolve it personally.
