Velvety chocolate ganache over a nut crust of cashews and macadamias — pure indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ground cashews
  • 1/2 cup ground macadamias
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 50g butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste

Preparation

  1. 1Mix nuts, sugar, butter; press into tart shell.
  2. 2Melt chocolate, pour over base; chill until set.
