Velvety chocolate ganache over a nut crust of cashews and macadamias — pure indulgence.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ground cashews
- 1/2 cup ground macadamias
- 150g dark chocolate
- 50g butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste
Preparation
- 1Mix nuts, sugar, butter; press into tart shell.
- 2Melt chocolate, pour over base; chill until set.
