Cashew-Macadamia Crème Brûlée

Silky custard infused with nut milk, topped with a crisp caramelized shell.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup nut milk (cashew-macadamia)
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste

Preparation

  1. 1Whisk yolks and sugar; add warm nut milk and cream.
  2. 2Bake in ramekins, chill, then caramelize sugar top.
