Czech Macadamia Dumplings with Berries

Sweet cheese dumplings filled with macadamia cream, served with berry compote.
Ingredients
- 1 cup quark cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 tbsp macadamia paste
- Berry sauce for serving
Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste
Preparation
- 1Mix dough; wrap around spoonful of macadamia cream.
- 2Boil 6 min until they float.
- 3Serve warm with berry sauce.
