Ingredients
- 200g butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup ground cashews
- 1 tsp vanilla
Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste
Preparation
- 1Cream butter and sugar; add cashews and flour.
- 2Pipe or roll cookies; bake at 180 °C for 12 minutes.
