Ingredients
- 2 ripe plantains
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup crushed cashews
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste
Preparation
- 1Fry plantains in butter until caramelized.
