Silken tofu and crisp greens dressed in a creamy macadamia-miso vinaigrette.

Ingredients

  • 200g silken tofu, cubed
  • 1/3 cup VietnamPrime macadamias
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Mixed salad greens

Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste

Preparation

  1. 1Blend macadamias, miso, vinegar, and oil until smooth.
  2. 2Toss tofu and greens with the dressing.
  3. 3Garnish with crushed macadamias.
