Classic New York cheesecake with a buttery macadamia crust and smooth vanilla filling.
Ingredients
- 200g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup ground macadamias
- 1 cup crushed biscuits
- 3 tbsp butter
Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste
Preparation
- 1Mix biscuits, macadamias, and butter; press into a pan.
- 2Whisk cheese, sugar, and eggs; pour over crust.
- 3Bake at 160 °C for 35 min and chill before serving.
