Ingredients

  • 400g chicken pieces
  • 2 tomatoes, blended
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup roasted cashews
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp oil

Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste

Preparation

  1. 1Fry onion and paprika in oil; add chicken and brown.
  2. 2Add blended tomatoes and simmer 20 minutes.
  3. 3Top with cashews before serving.
