A refreshing ceviche tossed with roasted macadamias for a buttery crunch.
Ingredients
- 200g white fish, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 chili, chopped
- 2 tbsp roasted macadamias
- Cilantro leaves
Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste
Preparation
- 1Marinate fish in lime juice 10 minutes.
- 2Add onion, chili, and cilantro.
- 3Top with chopped macadamias before serving.
