Polish Macadamia Pierogi

Traditional dumplings filled with macadamia-potato mash and served with brown butter crumbs.
Ingredients
- Dough for 20 pierogi
- 2 potatoes, mashed
- 1/4 cup chopped macadamias
- 2 tbsp butter
Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste
Preparation
- 1Mix potatoes and macadamias for filling.
- 2Fill dough rounds and seal.
- 3Boil until they float, then fry in butter.
