Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped cashews
Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste
Preparation
- 1Melt chocolate and butter; mix in eggs and sugar.
- 2Fold in cashews and bake 20 min at 175 °C.
