Products & pricing

We sell premium cashews and macadamias. Prices on the website are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your country and order weight.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is successful.

Delivery

We ship from the Netherlands to selected EU countries. Delivery times are typically 2–5 business days after dispatch; busy periods may take longer. You receive tracking when available.

Returns & quality

Food products cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at anne@vietnamprime.com with photos — we will make it right with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Limitation

Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order, except where Dutch law requires otherwise.
