Our process

From tree to taste — precisely

Four deliberate steps: grade, roast, pack, and verify. Nothing rushed, nothing hidden — nuts handled with the same care we'd serve at our own table.

How we work

Four steps, no shortcuts

From Vietnamese farms to your door in the Netherlands — the same path, every batch.

  1. 1Origin

    Select & grade

Direct relationships with growers in Bình Phước and the Central Highlands. Every lot is screened for size, uniformity, and defect ratio.

    • Whole kernels — top grades such as W180 / A180
    • Even drying for lasting crunch
    • Full traceability & EU-ready certification
  2. 2Roast

    Gentle roast

Small batches, even heat, and roast curves tuned for natural sweetness — never scorching. No frying. No oil coating.

    • Golden roast tone, never overdone
    • Rested after roasting for balanced flavour
    • Light salt only — enhance, never mask
  3. 3Pack

    Fast pack

Roasted nuts go straight into low-ink, high-barrier pouches that protect aroma, texture, and freshness.

    • Sealed quickly after roasting
    • Minimal ink, premium feel
    • FIFO rotation for guaranteed freshness
  4. 4Verify

    Certified quality

Official Vietnamese certificates and export-grade food-safety systems — plus independent EU lab testing before dispatch from the Netherlands.

    • ISO 9001:2015 — Quality Management
    • HACCP — Food Safety Certification
    • Phytosanitary & analytical reports for EU import

The difference

Why VietnamPrime tastes fresher

Most supermarket nuts are roasted in huge batches — often with added oil — then stored and shipped for months. By the time they reach the shelf, much of the natural aroma and crunch is already gone.

We source directly from farms in Bình Phước, Vietnam's cashew heartland, selecting only top grades including W180. Each lot is hand-sorted, gently dry-roasted without oil, and packed while still at peak freshness.

Oxygen and time stay to a minimum between roast and seal. High-barrier pouches lock in warmth and texture — never greasy, never over-salted.

It's the difference you can taste: small-batch craftsmanship over mass production.

Grades & how we compare

We select for size and uniformity — then handle every batch with a process built for freshness.

Cashew Size Grades — Quick Guide

The letter W means White Whole. The number is kernels per pound — so a smaller number means a bigger nut.
