Not all nuts are created equal. Most nuts found in supermarkets or open markets are roasted in large industrial batches, often with added oils to speed up production. By the time they reach the shelf, they’ve often travelled and stored for months — losing much of their natural aroma and crunch.
At VietnamPrime, we work directly with farms in Bình Phước, Vietnam’s cashew heartland, selecting only the highest grades — including A180, known for their exceptional size, buttery texture, and perfect shape. Each lot is carefully dried, hand-sorted, and gently wood-roasted without oil, preserving the nuts’ natural sweetness and clean, crisp texture.
We keep oxygen and time to a minimum between roast and pack, sealing freshness in high-barrier pouches. The result: nuts that taste freshly roasted, naturally rich, and never greasy or over-salted.
