British Cashew Scones

Ingredients
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- 1/3 cup ground cashews
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- Pinch salt
Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste
Preparation
- 1Rub butter into flour and cashews.
- 2Add milk to form dough; cut rounds.
- 3Bake at 200 °C for 12 minutes.
