Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-raising flour
  • 1/3 cup ground cashews
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Pinch salt

Preparation

  1. Rub butter into flour and cashews.
  2. Add milk to form dough; cut rounds.
  3. Bake at 200 °C for 12 minutes.
