Cashew-Macadamia Baklava Rolls

Phyllo pastry rolls filled with nuts and drizzled with honey syrup.

Ingredients

  • 6 sheets phyllo pastry
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts (cashew-macadamia)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey

Preparation

  1. Brush phyllo with butter, add nut filling, and roll.
  2. Bake at 180 °C for 20 min; drizzle with honey.
