Cashew-Macadamia Banana Loaf

Moist banana loaf enriched with a blend of macadamias and cashews for nutty aroma.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (half cashew, half macadamia)

Preparation

  1. Mix mashed bananas, butter, sugar, and eggs.
  2. Fold in nuts; bake 40 min at 175 °C.
