Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (half cashew, half macadamia)
Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste
Preparation
- 1Mix mashed bananas, butter, sugar, and eggs.
