Golden caramel finished with blended cashew and macadamia cream — perfect over ice cream or cakes.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup cream
- 2 tbsp nut butter (cashew-macadamia mix)
Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste
Preparation
- 1Melt sugar with water until amber.
- 2Whisk in cream and nut butter; cool slightly.
