Cashew-Macadamia Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 2 tbsp nut butter (cashew-macadamia mix)

Preparation

  1. Melt sugar with water until amber.
  2. Whisk in cream and nut butter; cool slightly.
