Velvety chocolate ganache over a nut crust of cashews and macadamias — pure indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ground cashews
  • 1/2 cup ground macadamias
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 50g butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Preparation

  1. Mix nuts, sugar, butter; press into tart shell.
  2. Melt chocolate, pour over base; chill until set.
