Cashew-Macadamia Chocolate Truffles

Rich truffles rolled in cocoa with a creamy nut-ganache center.

Ingredients

  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (cashew-macadamia)
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • Cocoa powder for coating

Preparation

  1. Melt chocolate and stir in nut butter and cream.
  2. Chill, roll into balls, and dust with cocoa.
