Ingredients
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 cup nut milk (cashew-macadamia)
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp sugar
Preparation
- Whisk yolks and sugar; add warm nut milk and cream.
- Bake in ramekins, chill, then caramelize sugar top.
