Ingredients

  • Dough for 8 empanadas
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped cashews
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 egg wash

Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste

Preparation

  1. 1Cook onion and cashews with paprika.
  2. 2Fill dough circles, seal, and brush with egg.
