Chilean Cashew Empanadas

Golden baked empanadas filled with spiced vegetables and chopped cashews.

Ingredients

  • Dough for 8 empanadas
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped cashews
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 egg wash

Preparation

  1. Cook onion and cashews with paprika.
  2. Fill dough circles, seal, and brush with egg.
  3. Bake at 190 °C for 20 minutes.
