Czech Macadamia Dumplings with Berries

Sweet cheese dumplings filled with macadamia cream, served with berry compote.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quark cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp macadamia paste
  • Berry sauce for serving

Preparation

  1. Mix dough; wrap around spoonful of macadamia cream.
  2. Boil 6 min until they float.
  3. Serve warm with berry sauce.
