Ingredients

  • 200g butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup ground cashews
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

  1. Cream butter and sugar; add cashews and flour.
  2. Pipe or roll cookies; bake at 180 °C for 12 minutes.
