Ecuadorian Macadamia Banana Bread

Soft banana loaf enriched with chopped macadamias and brown sugar glaze.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped macadamias

Preparation

  1. Mix mashed bananas, butter, sugar, and egg.
  2. Add flour and macadamias; bake 40 min at 175 °C.
