Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup chopped macadamias
Preparation
- Mix mashed bananas, butter, sugar, and egg.
- Add flour and macadamias; bake 40 min at 175 °C.
