Egyptian Macadamia Falafel

Crispy chickpea fritters mixed with ground macadamias for a buttery twist on tradition.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soaked chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup ground macadamias
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • Oil for frying

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients to a coarse paste.
  2. Form balls and fry until golden.
