Ethiopian Macadamia Lentil Stew

Hearty lentils stewed with berbere spice and a swirl of macadamia butter for creaminess.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lentils
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp berbere spice
  • 2 tbsp macadamia butter
  • 1 onion, chopped

Preparation

  1. Cook onion and spice until fragrant.
  2. Add lentils and water; simmer 25 minutes.
  3. Stir in macadamia butter before serving.
