Hearty rye loaf enriched with chopped macadamias for texture and nutty aroma.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rye flour
  • 1 cup white flour
  • 1/3 cup chopped macadamias
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp honey

Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste

Preparation

  1. 1Combine ingredients; knead 10 minutes.
  2. 2Rise 1 hour; bake at 200 °C for 30 minutes.
