French Macadamia Crusted Chicken

Tender chicken breast coated in macadamia crumbs and baked until golden, finished with lemon beurre blanc.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup crushed macadamias
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
- Dredge chicken in flour, egg, and macadamias.
- Pan-sear in butter, then bake 10 min at 180 °C.
- Drizzle with lemon butter sauce.
