French Macadamia Crusted Chicken

Tender chicken breast coated in macadamia crumbs and baked until golden, finished with lemon beurre blanc.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup crushed macadamias
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Dredge chicken in flour, egg, and macadamias.
  2. Pan-sear in butter, then bake 10 min at 180 °C.
  3. Drizzle with lemon butter sauce.
