German Macadamia Apple Strudel

Classic apple strudel enriched with toasted macadamias for a gentle crunch amid cinnamon apples.

Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 3 apples, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped macadamias
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Preparation

  1. Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon, and macadamias.
  2. Wrap in pastry and brush with butter.
  3. Bake at 190 °C for 25 minutes.
