Indian Macadamia Korma

A royal-style korma with macadamia paste replacing traditional almonds for a buttery smooth curry.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup macadamias, soaked and blended
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 cup vegetables or paneer

Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste

Preparation

  1. 1Cook onion and garlic until golden.
  2. 2Add spices and yogurt; stir well.
  3. 3Add macadamia paste and simmer 10 min.
  4. 4Serve with naan or basmati rice.
