Indian Macadamia Korma

A royal-style korma with macadamia paste replacing traditional almonds for a buttery smooth curry.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup macadamias, soaked and blended
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 cup vegetables or paneer
Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste
Preparation
- 1Cook onion and garlic until golden.
- 2Add spices and yogurt; stir well.
- 3Add macadamia paste and simmer 10 min.
- 4Serve with naan or basmati rice.
