Crisp twice-baked cookies with macadamias and a hint of vanilla — perfect with espresso.
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup macadamias
Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste
Preparation
- 1Mix dough, fold in macadamias.
- 2Form logs and bake 25 min; cool, slice.
- 3Bake again 10 min until golden.
