Japanese Cashew Teriyaki Tofu

Crispy tofu cubes glazed in teriyaki sauce and topped with caramelized cashews for crunch.
Ingredients
- 300g firm tofu
- 1/4 cup roasted cashews
- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste
Preparation
- 1Pan-fry tofu until crisp.
- 2Add teriyaki sauce and simmer briefly.
- 3Sprinkle cashews and sesame before serving.
