Japanese Cashew Teriyaki Tofu

Crispy tofu cubes glazed in teriyaki sauce and topped with caramelized cashews for crunch.

Ingredients

  • 300g firm tofu
  • 1/4 cup roasted cashews
  • 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste

Preparation

  1. 1Pan-fry tofu until crisp.
  2. 2Add teriyaki sauce and simmer briefly.
  3. 3Sprinkle cashews and sesame before serving.
