Silken tofu and crisp greens dressed in a creamy macadamia-miso vinaigrette.
Ingredients
- 200g silken tofu, cubed
- 1/3 cup VietnamPrime macadamias
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Mixed salad greens
Preparation
- Blend macadamias, miso, vinegar, and oil until smooth.
- Toss tofu and greens with the dressing.
- Garnish with crushed macadamias.
