Sweet-salty bulgogi beef served over rice and topped with toasted macadamias.
Ingredients
- 300g beef slices
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup toasted macadamias, chopped
- Steamed rice
Preparation
- Marinate beef with soy, sugar, sesame oil.
- Grill or pan-fry until caramelized.
- Serve over rice, topped with macadamias.
