Sweet-salty bulgogi beef served over rice and topped with toasted macadamias.

Ingredients

  • 300g beef slices
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup toasted macadamias, chopped
  • Steamed rice

Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste

Preparation

  1. 1Marinate beef with soy, sugar, sesame oil.
  2. 2Grill or pan-fry until caramelized.
  3. 3Serve over rice, topped with macadamias.
