Mexican Cashew Cream Tacos

Ingredients

  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups grilled vegetables or chicken
  • 1/2 cup soaked cashews
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Blend cashews, lime, garlic, and salt with water to make cream.
  2. Fill tortillas with filling and drizzle cashew cream on top.
