Creamy coconut curry with prawns, chili, and crushed cashews for coastal flair.

Ingredients

  • 300g prawns
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1 chili, chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil

Preparation

  1. Cook chili in oil; add prawns.
