Classic New York cheesecake with a buttery macadamia crust and smooth vanilla filling.

Ingredients

  • 200g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup ground macadamias
  • 1 cup crushed biscuits
  • 3 tbsp butter

Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste

Preparation

  1. 1Mix biscuits, macadamias, and butter; press into a pan.
  2. 2Whisk cheese, sugar, and eggs; pour over crust.
  3. 3Bake at 160 °C for 35 min and chill before serving.
