Norwegian Cashew Salmon

Oven-baked salmon fillets topped with cashew-herb crust for a Nordic nut twist.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup crushed cashews
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Lemon slices

Preparation

  1. Mix cashews, butter, and dill; spread on salmon.
  2. Bake at 190 °C for 12 minutes.
  3. Serve with lemon wedges.
