Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup crushed cashews
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Lemon slices

Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste

Preparation

  1. 1Mix cashews, butter, and dill; spread on salmon.
  2. 2Bake at 190 °C for 12 minutes.
  3. 3Serve with lemon wedges.
