Oven-baked salmon fillets topped with cashew-herb crust for a Nordic nut twist.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup crushed cashews
- 1 tbsp dill
- 1 tbsp butter
- Lemon slices
Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste
Preparation
- 1Mix cashews, butter, and dill; spread on salmon.
- 2Bake at 190 °C for 12 minutes.
- 3Serve with lemon wedges.
