Peruvian Macadamia Ceviche

A refreshing ceviche tossed with roasted macadamias for a buttery crunch.

Ingredients

  • 200g white fish, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1 chili, chopped
  • 2 tbsp roasted macadamias
  • Cilantro leaves

Preparation

  1. Marinate fish in lime juice 10 minutes.
  2. Add onion, chili, and cilantro.
  3. Top with chopped macadamias before serving.
