Polish Macadamia Pierogi

Traditional dumplings filled with macadamia-potato mash and served with brown butter crumbs.

Ingredients

  • Dough for 20 pierogi
  • 2 potatoes, mashed
  • 1/4 cup chopped macadamias
  • 2 tbsp butter

Preparation

  1. Mix potatoes and macadamias for filling.
  2. Fill dough rounds and seal.
  3. Boil until they float, then fry in butter.
