Swedish Cashew Cinnamon Buns

Soft cardamom buns rolled with cinnamon-cashew filling for a Nordic comfort treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup ground cashews
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Prepare dough and let rise 1 hour.
  2. Roll out, spread butter, cashew, and cinnamon.
  3. Slice and bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
