Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup ground cashews
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste

Preparation

  1. 1Prepare dough and let rise 1 hour.
  2. 2Roll out, spread butter, cashew, and cinnamon.
  3. 3Slice and bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
