Ingredients
- 400ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp green curry paste
- 1/2 cup macadamias, blended into cream
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- Thai basil
Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste
Preparation
- 1Simmer curry paste with coconut milk.
