Uruguayan Cashew Brownies

Dense chocolate brownies studded with toasted cashews for a buttery crunch.

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup chopped cashews

Preparation

  1. Melt chocolate and butter; mix in eggs and sugar.
  2. Fold in cashews and bake 20 min at 175 °C.
