Vietnamese Cashew Chicken Stir-Fry

A fragrant wok stir-fry that blends tender chicken, roasted cashews, and a savory caramelized fish sauce glaze.

Ingredients

  • 400g chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 1 cup roasted VietnamPrime cashews
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp oil

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a wok and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken, stir until golden.
  3. Add onion and pepper, cook 3–4 minutes.
  4. Stir in sauces and sugar until caramelized.
  5. Toss in cashews and serve hot with jasmine rice.
