Vietnamese Cashew Chicken Stir-Fry

A fragrant wok stir-fry that blends tender chicken, roasted cashews, and a savory caramelized fish sauce glaze.
Ingredients
- 400g chicken breast, sliced thin
- 1 cup roasted VietnamPrime cashews
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp oil
Serves 2–4 · adjust quantities to taste
Preparation
- 1Heat oil in a wok and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- 2Add chicken, stir until golden.
- 3Add onion and pepper, cook 3–4 minutes.
- 4Stir in sauces and sugar until caramelized.
- 5Toss in cashews and serve hot with jasmine rice.
